Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality and intention of every Era 8 Apparel piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Submit your request within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
  • Item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Include the order number or proof of purchase.
Fit note: Many Era 8 tees and hoodies are intentionally oversized. Product pages indicate the intended fit and link to our size chart. When in doubt, contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help.

Non‑returnable items

For hygiene and operational reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective or mis-delivered):

  • Undergarments and face coverings
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Customized or made‑to‑order items
  • “Final Sale” or “Last Chance” items marked on the product page
  • Items with heavy wear, odors, washing, or missing tags/packaging

Pre‑orders and limited drops

We periodically run limited pre‑orders. When you reserve a pre‑order item on era8apparel.org, you are charged only when the product is ready to ship. You may cancel your reservation any time before you are charged by contacting support with your order number.

Once a pre‑order has been charged and shipped, our standard return policy applies. Production and shipping timelines provided on product pages are estimates and may adjust. We’ll email updates during production.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and whether you want a refund or exchange.
  2. We’ll reply with return authorization (RMA) and instructions. Do not send items without an RMA.
  3. Pack securely. Include any accessories, tags, and the RMA code inside the package.
US returns: If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid label and deduct a flat $8 from your refund. Otherwise, you may use your own trackable carrier. Original shipping is non‑refundable.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. We’ll hold the replacement when inventory allows. If the requested variant is unavailable, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and the packing slip. After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) as appropriate.

International orders

  • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non‑refundable.
  • International return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We currently do not offer direct exchanges on international orders; instead, return for refund and place a new order.

Refunds: method and timing

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable (unless we made an error).
  • If you used a prepaid label we provided, the label fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, we may return the item to you or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Refused/undeliverable packages

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses may be returned to our facility. We can re‑ship for an additional shipping fee or process a refund minus original shipping once the package is received back and verified.

Holiday and promotional periods

During peak seasons, processing times may be extended by several days. We may announce temporary extended return windows; when applicable, the product page or announcement bar will state the dates and terms.

Price adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases. Promotional pricing applies only during the active promotion window.
